Interaction Design | Global Experience Design (Print Solutions), Out of Box Experience (OOBE) Team
At HP Inc., I have had the pleasure of working for the Out of Box Experience Team. Falling under a wider global print design umbrella, the OOBE team deals with firmware, hardware, software, web design, product design, and app design. The OOBE team handles all these aspects because the team is responsible for everything from the moment a user purchases a printer until their first print experience.

Error Interaction Pattern Proposal
Problem
Card interaction was a new style for HP with no clearly defined patterns for errors
Solution
An error pattern that allows user to have access to cards while also allowing app to communicate error messages of various lengths (different errors, localization, etc)
